You have 60 days from delivery to return a board, and we pay for return shipping.

How to return a board

1. Send us your order number through the contact form.
2. We email you a prepaid return label.
3. Pack the board in the packaging it came in and drop it off with the carrier.
4. We issue your refund or send a replacement within 3 business days of receiving it.

Condition of returned boards

Please return the board without physical damage and without modifications. Boards damaged by installation errors, water or power surges cannot be refunded.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
